Marketing Specialist – Content & Visual Branding

About the Role:
We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Specialist to join our team in Granbury. This role is focused on content creation, visual design, and branding, playing a key part in supporting our sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, understands brand consistency, and can turn ideas into compelling visuals and messaging.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop engaging marketing content across digital and print channels, including graphics, presentations, flyers, social media posts, and web assets
- Create and maintain visual assets that align with company branding for use in proposals, marketing campaigns, and internal communications
- Collaborate with sales teams to produce professional and visually appealing sales proposals and presentations
- Support company marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, promotional events, and product/service launches
- Assist in updating and maintaining marketing materials and templates
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance brand presence
- Provide general marketing and sales support as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in content creation and graphic design (portfolio required)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, PowerPoint, and other design tools
- Strong attention to detail with excellent written and visual communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative mindset with a strong sense of initiative and accountability
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field preferred, but relevant experience will be considered
