Job Title: Director of Operations – PRP Outreach & Marketing

Position Overview
Dove Healthcare Services , is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented – PRP Outreach & Marketing Coordinator to lead strategic outreach and marketing initiatives throughout Baltimore City. This leadership role is instrumental in expanding our client base for our Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP), which serves adults, adolescents, and minors. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in marketing, outreach, and community engagement within the behavioral health or human services field.
Key ResponsibilitiesOutreach & Engagement
- Lead proactive, in-person outreach efforts to hospitals, nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, substance use programs, shelters, schools, and community-based organizations across Baltimore City.
- Build strong relationships with social workers, discharge planners, and community coordinators to promote PRP services.
- Represent the clinic at community events, health fairs, networking functions, and public forums.
Referral Generation
- Consistently generate qualified referrals per week, with individuals holding active Maryland Medicaid.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients; ensure timely follow-up and tracking of referral status.
Marketing & Promotion
- Design and implement effective outreach campaigns targeting youth, adolescents, and adult populations.
- Develop marketing collateral in collaboration with internal teams, including flyers, brochures, and digital media content.
- Track outreach data and report performance metrics to leadership on a weekly basis.
Team Coordination & Supervision
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to facilitate a smooth intake and onboarding process for new clients.
- Oversee and support marketing initiatives while providing direction to outreach assistants, interns, or volunteers.
- Contribute to staff development by providing training and mentorship as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in outreach, marketing, or community engagement (behavioral health or healthcare setting strongly preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to meet referral targets and grow service utilization.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities; capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Professional demeanor with a strong presence in the field and at community events.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Familiarity with Medicaid regulations and mental health services in Maryland is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $22.38 - $23.95 per hour
