Location: Southern California (Hybrid – some in-person events & demos)

About LIXIR
LIXIR is a modern take on mead — we ferment regenerative organic honey into a light, refreshing “Hard Honey Spritz.” We’re a fast-growing California brand disrupting the alcohol space with a product that’s as good for your body as it is for the planet.
We’re now in Whole Foods, Sprouts, Total Wine, and more — and we’re looking for a high-energy, people-savvy intern to help us expand our retail footprint and amplify our brand at events.
What You’ll Do
As a Sales & Events Intern, you’ll support our team in key areas:
Sales Support
- Assist with retail outreach and account follow-ups
- Help coordinate product drops and shelf checks
- Support territory planning and tracking account activity
Demos & Events
- Represent LIXIR at in-store tastings, pop-ups, and activations
- Educate customers and staff on our product and mission
- Capture content and help drive post-event engagement
Brand Growth
- Assist with sales reporting, sample shipments, and lead tracking
- Collaborate on POS displays, marketing materials, and promo planning
- Help identify new retail opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- Great energy and strong communication skills
- Passion for wellness, sustainability, or CPG/startups
- Comfortable talking to customers, buyers, and strangers
- Organized, reliable, and down to hustle
- Must be 21+
Bonus if you have:
- Event or demo experience
- Background in marketing, sales, or food/bev
- Flexible schedule for nights/weekends

Job Type: Internship
Pay: $20.57 - $24.77 per hour
