As we continue to expand our online presence, we’re looking for a passionate and motivated Marketing & Sales Representative to help us grow our digital reach and online sales channels.
Position Overview:
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and wants to be a part of a growing team. You will be responsible for managing our social media accounts, creating engaging content, driving online sales, and updating our website with new products and pricing. Strong communication skills and a desire to grow with our company are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.)
- Create engaging social media content including posts, stories, reels, and videos
- Plan and run social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions
- Serve as an online sales representative, communicating with customers via email, phone, and social media
- Update and maintain products, descriptions, and pricing on our website
- Respond to customer inquiries and assist in the online purchase process
- Collaborate with our team to align marketing efforts with company goals
- Track performance of online and social media campaigns to optimize for success
- Bring fresh ideas to the table to expand our online reach and national sales
Qualifications:
- Experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital sales
- Strong understanding of platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and others
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of website content management (Shopify, WordPress, or similar platforms a plus)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
- Passion for furniture, design, or home décor is a plus
- A team player who wants to grow with a family business and help build something long-term
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 36 per week
