Beloform is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Marketing Assistant to support the execution of internal and client-facing marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and eager to contribute to a collaborative environment focused on results and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies
Support the preparation of marketing reports, presentations, and internal briefs
Coordinate marketing project timelines and deliverables across departments
Conduct market and competitor research to inform marketing efforts
Maintain and organize marketing assets, documents, and promotional materials
Assist with event planning, product launches, and client-facing marketing initiatives
Track campaign performance and assist with basic performance analysis
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
1–2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative support role preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize under deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with basic marketing terminology and workflows
