We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing & Promotions Assistant to support our marketing team in executing promotional campaigns, coordinating events, and enhancing brand visibility. This role requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development and execution of marketing and promotional campaigns.
Coordinate logistics for promotional events and activities.
Monitor and track campaign performance, providing reports to the marketing team.
Maintain and update promotional materials and marketing collateral.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
Support the preparation of presentations, proposals, and promotional content.
Manage vendor relationships for promotional materials and event services.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
1–2 years of experience in marketing, promotions, or event coordination.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
