Reboot Staff is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Associate to support our growing marketing operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical thinking, campaign coordination abilities, and a desire to grow within a fast-paced professional environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to execute marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, improve lead generation, and support our business development goals.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the execution and coordination of marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitor strategies
Help develop promotional materials and assist in campaign reporting
Coordinate marketing activities with internal teams and external partners
Track performance metrics and report on campaign effectiveness
Maintain organized documentation of marketing projects and vendor communication
Support event logistics and offline marketing initiatives as needed
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Analytical mindset and attention to detail
Familiarity with marketing tools or CRM systems is a plus
