We are looking for an easily-bored and insanely-organized coordinator to join our team. Engenious helps R&D leaders create new medical devices and high technology systems quickly. This instrumental team member focuses on coordinating key aspects of the Engenious mission through the recruiting process as well as other aspects of team care. Candidate experience for those we hire (and those that we do not) is critical! The right person could teach a master class on to-do lists. Efficiency might be their middle name. They are a 10 on the attention-to-detail scale and constantly notice details that others miss. They operate with friendly tenacity and get a thrill from checking things off lists and communicating status!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide excellent candidate and team experience throughout the recruiting and onboarding process.
- Manage candidate flow for recruiting. Including identifying relevant talent, coordinating outreach, scheduling meet/greets, tours, on-site interviews and offers.
- Work closely with hiring managers to ensure quick review and meaningful inputs for candidate and hiring team.
- Establish and maintain systems and process for tracking applicants (including use of an ATS).
- Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Manage budgeting, including forecasted spend for recruiting and marketing of positions.
- Work with stakeholders to establish quarterly goals for recruiting and marketing of positions.
- Create and circulate user friendly status reports to keep internal team on-track and accountable to established goals.
- Assisting with execution of 360 review process for internal team members; maintaining confidentiality with sensitive information.
POSITION DETAILS:
This is a full-time, permanent position. This position works from our Kansas City based office during core business hours.
