Job Summary
Support the Marketing Department's objectivesDuties and Responsibilities
IMPROVE PRODUCT IMAGE
Strengthen and increase awareness of the brand
Prepare monthly analysis on post reach and engagement to determine effectivity of post
Per Mall: +10% on monthly Page Reach vs PY
Standardize and implement branding guidelines for all advertising materials
An over all customer satisfaction index of not less than 3.5
Develop two Customer Satisfaction Surveys for 2023 per mall
RENTAL REVENUE GROWTH
Increase contribution of income through sponsorship (TV/commercial shoots) and collateral revenue Sponsorship (TV/commercial shoot)CHECK WITH YOUR GMS FOR TARGET
Collateral Revenue
TRAFFIC GROWTH Increase mall foot traffic through mounting of strategic marketing campaigns and programs across all Per Mall: +10% Monthly vs PY, SPECIFY LOCAL INITIATIVES
Other Functions:
- Cross-functional collaboration with operations, finance, and other departments to align business strategies with overall corporate objectives
- Any other duties or assignments delegated by the department or company
Technical Competencies and Skills
