Social Media & Community Growth Intern
Location: Irvine (Onsite Preferred)

ROXON Inc. is looking for a passionate and creative Social Media & Community Growth Intern
to join our growing team. If you're a trend-savvy content lover with a pulse on what’s viral and a
talent for community engagement, this role is for you.
What You'll Do:
● Manage ROXON’s social media presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook,
TikTok, etc.)
● Identify and apply emerging trends to increase engagement
● Assist in planning and ideating content that aligns with our brand’s voice and visual
identity
● Monitor post and campaign performance, and adapt strategy based on analytics and
insights
● Drive organic growth by engaging with followers and fostering a strong brand
community
● Keep an eye on industry best practices to refine and elevate our approach
Ideal Candidate (You Don’t Need Years of Experience):
● Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
● Active on social media and familiar with current trends
● Strong communication skills and a creative mindset
● Eager to learn, take initiative, and contribute ideas
● Comfortable using tools like Instagram, TikTok, Canva, Google Docs, etc.
● Understand what builds brand loyalty and how to grow an online following authentically
Bonus Points:
● Previous experience in the outdoor, adventure, or lifestyle space
● Light graphic design or video editing skills
● Knowledge of influencer or UGC collaboration strategies
