Who You Are
As the Marketing Coordinator for Our Company, you will play a key role in supporting event execution, field sales coordination, and branding initiatives. You’ll work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure a consistent and compelling brand presence across all external touchpoints. Your responsibilities will include managing events, measuring ROI, coordinating pre- and post-event communication with sales, and supporting digital marketing initiatives including social media, lead generation, content creation, and reputation management.
This role is critical to maximizing the effectiveness of field sales activity and brand visibility, supporting the overall marketing strategy led by the VP of Business Development.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Support & Coordination
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align messaging and branding.
- Assist with marketing partnerships and initiatives that enhance lead generation and customer engagement.
Content Creation
- Develop engaging content for the website, social media, emails, blogs, and press releases.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather insights that inform compelling event-related content.
- Maintain alignment with brand standards and messaging guidelines.
Trade Show & Event Management
- Plan and execute trade shows and industry events, including logistics, booth setup, and staffing.
- Manage event budgets and evaluate future opportunities based on strategic goals.
- Track and analyze event ROI to guide future decisions and improve effectiveness.

Social Media & Digital Strategy
- Execute pre-approved social media strategies to build buzz and audience engagement around events.
- Monitor and engage in real-time during events to enhance visibility.
- Contribute to the management of the social media calendar and digital content planning.
Marketing Collateral Development
- Work with designers or vendors to create print and digital materials, such as brochures, banners, and presentations.
- Ensure all materials reflect brand standards and consistent messaging.
Brand Consistency
- Protect and maintain the integrity of Our Company’s brand in all marketing outputs.
- Partner with the VP of Business Development to uphold a unified visual and verbal identity.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- 1+ year of experience in marketing coordination or a similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in content creation, social media management, and event coordination.
- Ability to manage budgets and analyze marketing ROI.
- Exceptional organization, multitasking, and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Creative problem-solving mindset and brand-driven focus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $47,614.23 - $57,341.88 per year
