Nexmos Design is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support the execution of marketing campaigns, coordinate internal and external communications, and ensure consistent brand messaging across channels. This is a hands-on role that requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a passion for effective, creative marketing solutions.
Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and successful execution.
Assist in the development of promotional materials, presentations, and proposals.
Monitor campaign performance metrics and generate performance reports.
Collaborate with design, content, and client strategy teams to align marketing efforts.
Support event planning, industry outreach, and brand activation initiatives.
Maintain marketing calendars and ensure project deadlines are met.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitor activity.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in marketing coordination or similar roles.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with analytics tools and reporting is a plus.
