1. Marketing Director / Head of Marketing
Location: On-site – Virginia Beach, VA

Role Summary:
As the Marketing Director at ICON Smile Studios, you will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies across multiple dental specialty locations. You’ll be responsible for driving patient acquisition, managing campaign performance, and optimizing all marketing operations in collaboration with our digital agency, HIP Creative.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage the full-funnel marketing strategy across all ICON Smile Studio locations
Supervise HIP Creative and hold them accountable for lead generation and ROI
Oversee campaign calendar for orthodontics, periodontics, and pediatric dentistry
Build and manage internal marketing team members and contractors
Track and report KPIs: Leads, CPL, Conversion %, CAC, ROI, Revenue per Start
Coordinate with clinical and front office teams to ensure alignment across departments
Lead high-impact events like Invisalign Experience, location launches, and study clubs
Participate in EOS meetings and establish Rocks and scorecards for the marketing function
Ideal Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in healthcare or dental marketing
Proven ability to manage campaigns, optimize performance, and deliver measurable results
Strong digital marketing knowledge (Google Ads, Meta, SEO, HighLevel, Jarvis)
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-oriented mindset
