What You’ll Do
As a Marketing Generalist, you’ll be involved in many aspects of our day-to-day marketing operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing social media calendars and posting across platforms to boost brand visibility and engagement
- Helping plan and launch marketing campaigns, including emails, promotions, and product communications
- Supporting trade shows and events, including logistics, materials, and occasional on-site coordination
- Assisting in writing and editing content—emails, blogs, web pages, printed materials
- Keeping marketing materials organized across platforms like SharePoint and Dropbox
- Helping with internal communications and employee engagement efforts
- Collaborating across departments to keep messaging consistent and on-brand
- Tracking performance metrics and organizing reports for marketing campaigns
- Assisting with global marketing needs, such as translations and localizations
- Updating website content and contributing to SEO projects and optimization
- Pitching in on cross-functional projects as needed
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field — or equivalent experience
- Experience using social media platforms for marketing (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
- Familiarity with marketing tools like email automation and basic analytics (Google Analytics, social media insights)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- A tech-savvy, resourceful approach with a willingness to learn
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a bonus
- Flexibility to support occasional extended hours during events or campaigns
