Marketing Manager role is to maximize revenue thru creative and engaging marketing activities.
Position is hourly part time and starting at 50 hours per month plus receive bonus on all catering sales and profit sharing on increased sales efforts.
Job Responsibilities:
-Collaborate with corporate marketing team on promotional efforts.
-Represent the restaurant at industry events and networking functions.
- Ensure hotel partners have menus at all times.
- Reach out and contact potential and current customers and clients for caterings events.
- Engage with hotels, businesses, sporting teams etc to drive additional sales revenue and increase customer and catering business.
- Evalute and develop partnerships and sponsorships of local sport teams, area businesses and events
This is a Part time position that could move into Full time with right person.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in restaurant sales and catering
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Familiarity with catering services and hospitality management
