Summit K12 is seeking a strategic, creative, and mission-driven Marketing Manager to lead multi-channel campaigns that build awareness, engagement, and demand across states that administer the ACCESS assessment. This role is ideal for a marketer with strong storytelling, campaign development, and project management skills or a former educator ready to bring their knowledge of multilingual learners into a dynamic marketing role. You’ll own regional campaigns, support key conferences, and help bring the voices of educators and students to life through compelling content and outreach.Territory: Candidates must reside within one of the states in designated territory (MI, IL, IN, KY, ME, NH, VT, MA, RI, NJ, PA, DE, MD, VA, NC, SC, GA, FL).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns targeting decision-makers in select districts (e.g., superintendents, EL directors, curriculum specialists).
- Segment campaigns by region to reflect local priorities and demographics.
- Write and launch email, ad, and social media content to attract and nurture leads through the funnel.
- Identify high-potential districts and execute targeted outreach using digital ads, webinars, geotargeting, and personalized communications.
- Collaborate closely with Sales to align on messaging, timing, and follow-up for top-tier accounts.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using HubSpot, Google Analytics, and internal dashboards.
- Report on KPIs and optimize campaigns for continuous improvement.
- Travel to attend and support key conferences and events.
- Help coordinate booth logistics, lead capture, and on-site engagement strategies.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform other duties as assigned.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of B2B marketing experience or experience as a K–12 educator with an interest or background in marketing, communications, or content creation
- Familiarity with the needs of multilingual learners is strongly preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Willingness and ability to travel
ADVANCED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms (a plus)
- Background in EL/ML education or bilingual program leadership
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Equipment: This position requires reliable home internet that can support video calls on Google Meet and Zoom and a quiet, professional place to deliver remote professional development.

Travel is required and considered an essential function of the job. Travel includes overnight stays at hotels and transportation via car, plane, and/or public transportation. Driving in small and large cities is required. All travel-related expenses for professional development delivery are initially paid in advance by the Instructional Coach (eg, lodging, daily meals). Reimbursements for these expenses - including mileage if driving your own car and compensation for time traveling - will be processed 2–3 weeks following submission of the expense reimbursement requests.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Base Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 annually

Final compensation will be based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, your experience, skills, and qualifications.
