As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Director who can help fuel our next stage of expansion.
The Role
We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Director to lead our marketing strategy and execution on a part-time basis (4–5 hours per week to start). This role is ideal for someone who’s excited about helping a growing company reach its next milestones—and grow their own role in the process.
This is not just a consultant or executor role; we’re looking for someone who can think big-picture, plan, optimize, and scale with us over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Advertising: Strategize, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
- SEO & Website Strategy: Improve organic traffic through on-site and off-site SEO best practices
- Content Guidance: Collaborate with internal or external content creators to ensure marketing alignment
- Analytics: Monitor performance metrics and provide data-driven insights and recommendations
- Strategy Development: Work directly with leadership to identify key growth opportunities and shape future marketing initiatives
- Growth Leadership: Be a voice in the room when it comes to scaling the company’s reach, reputation, and revenue
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years experience in digital marketing, including direct experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO
- Strategic thinker who can also roll up their sleeves and execute
- Proven track record of driving growth for small to midsize businesses
- Comfortable with limited hours now and excited about the potential to grow alongside the business
- Strong communicator who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
