Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to own Hololight's written content and the channels it goes out through. This is a broad, hands-on role in a small team: you will run SEO, paid campaigns, PR and organic social, and own the campaign data behind them. Our design and video production stays in-house, so you can focus on content, channels and results.

• Own SEO end to end: keyword strategy, content and editorial planning, ranking performance (Semrush, HubSpot)
• Keep us visible as search shifts to AI-generated answers (GEO/AEO)
• Write the content: articles, landing page copy, press releases, case study text
• Plan and run paid campaigns
• Own press relations: pitch and work with journalists directly
• Coordinate with partners and customers on quotes and case study content
• Write and schedule organic social media posts
• Own campaign data and reporting in HubSpot
• Work closely with our in-house design and video production on campaigns

• Several years in B2B marketing covering SEO, content and PR
• Proven track record running paid campaigns and reporting on performance
• Hands-on with HubSpot or a comparable marketing/CRM platform
• Confident with SEO tools such as Semrush

• Strong writer, able to produce both press-ready and search-optimised content
• Comfortable engaging journalists, partners and customers directly
• Data-driven: tracks rankings and campaign performance, and acts on what the numbers show
• Entrepreneurial and self-directed, comfortable owning channels end to end in a small team
• Fluent in English and German (both mandatory)
• Own a broad, high-impact part of marketing at a fast-growing enterprise XR company
• Work directly with a small, hands-on marketing team and close to leadership
• Shape how Hololight is seen in the market, in an industry defining itself right now
