Primary Responsibilities:
The Marketing Software Support Specialist is a client-facing role that is critical to the success of our franchisees, providing hands-on support for software platforms and digital marketing initiatives. The Marketing Software Support Specialist will be a proactive problem-solver with a strong understanding of Zoho applications and of Google Ads, with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others succeed, while ensuring that system standards and brand integrity are maintained.

Essential Functions:
- Franchisee Support:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for franchisees needing assistance with Zoho CRM, other Zoho applications (Campaigns, Social, Analytics, etc.), and Pay-Per-Click ads (Google Ads and CallRail).
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CRM workflows, email campaigns, form integrations, and data tracking.
- Provide high-touch support and training via Zoom, phone, and email, ensuring franchisees understand and can effectively use our marketing tech stack.
- Software and Technical Implementation:
- Assist with onboarding new franchisees to Zoho tools and related digital marketing software.
- Help maintain and improve Zoho configurations, including workflows, dashboards, and automations.
- Light Coding & Technical Tasks:
- Modify HTML/CSS within landing pages, emails, and web forms as needed.
- Collaborate with developers or IT as needed to escalate and resolve issues.
- Documentation & Process Improvement:
- Create and maintain knowledge base articles, how-to guides, and training materials.
- Identify recurring issues and propose long-term solutions to streamline franchisee support.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Required:
- 2+ years of experience in a software support or technical customer service role.
- Strong working knowledge of Zoho CRM and at least one other Zoho application.
- Experience with PPC platforms (Google Ads preferred).
- Familiarity with CallRail or similar call-tracking platforms.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with a high degree of empathy and patience.
- Preferred:
- Experience in customer support, preferably with franchise or multi-location business models.
- Light coding knowledge (HTML, CSS, or JavaScript).
- Prior experience working with marketing teams or digital marketing tools.
