Job Description:
You will create content that promotes the GMS and RhinoFit brand, products, and services using modern technologies (including Canva, Adobe, and various CRMs). Marketing content is to be published over multiple channels, including Facebook Pages and Ads, Web Sites, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and other direct marketing channels such as E-mail campaigns via DailyStory and direct mail campaigns via Postcard Mania. Once content is distributed, you are expected to enhance traffic to it (especially on hosted pages such as Web Sites) using Pay Per Click campaigns, SEO, and E-Mail/Mail Marketing. The above efforts shall be done in line with Sales and Management input to ensure a cohesive message. We believe in guerilla marketing, and have seen great results, especially in the fitness industry, and you will be expected to regularly create creative, memorable, low budget and engaging content to drive interest.
Basic Requirements:
Our ideal candidate is creative and savvy, allowing the creation of content that compels interest from Fitness Business Owners. You must be able to analyze market response and consumer trends; develop and publish creative advertising and messaging; and develop sufficient leads for sales team to meet their goals. (Note that his style of marketing is different than that which targets consumers, corporate America, or small businesses; the fitness industry is a distinct niche that engages unique prospects via original and avant-garde content.)

- Must be Energetic, Optimistic, and Confident.
- Must be able to establish and achieve goals and create and follow schedules with limited direction from non-creative coworkers/managers (typically via weekly or semi-weekly meetings).
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies focused on the fitness and payments industry.
- Utilize SEO and social media marketing to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Create compelling content and manage campaigns across multiple channels, including Facebook Advertising.
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts and drive growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Manage resources efficiently to maximize ROI on marketing initiatives.
Knowledge of or experience in the fitness industry is preferred.
