As a full-time Marketing Strategy Manager within the Gatherings line of business at Disney Imagination Campus, your role will involve developing marketing initiatives to drive demand, support sales, and enhance client and guest engagement, ensuring our efforts are data-driven and effective. This role will leverage consumer insights, data, and sales performance information, to create actionable strategies to help achieve marketing and business objectives.

To help achieve business goals, you will collaborate with sales partners and various other disciplines, including Customer Engagement, Consumer Insights, Legal, Operations, Digital and others within Disney Experiences. Key responsibilities include developing sales tool strategies, creating plans to drive demand through third-party collaboration, and executing new strategic projects. Additional duties may be assigned to create synergy across Disney Gatherings brands. This role reports to the Manager, Marketing Strategy.

You Will:

Sales Support & Project Management

Think strategically to drive ideas into action and creatively solve marketing challenges using strategy and analytics to evaluate and improve key performance metrics.

Develop, manage, and innovate sales tools such as e-proposals, microsites, and client productions.

Develop tactics and programs to drive incremental leads maximizing conversion.

Organize multiple projects with strong multi-tasking, documentation, and collaboration skills.

Marketing & Brand Strategy

Implement Marketing Road Maps and Integrated Communication Plans.

Map Consumer Journey to optimize opportunities and drive demand.

Contribute to strategic partnerships to enhance relationships, content opportunities, and industry positioning.

Serve as a brand liaison, reviewing marketing materials, supporting productions, and addressing individual client needs.

You Have:


  • 7+ years of experience in marketing strategy, communication, sales, or account management.
  • Experience working with multiple marketing platforms tactics including websites, social media, print, digital media, CRM, and/or print collateral.
  • Project management and communications experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively.


Preferred Qualifications


  • 10+ years of experience in marketing strategy, communications, business, or related fields.
  • Experience in strategic planning and project management with a solid grasp of marketing strategy and the creative development process.
  • Demonstrates strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate insights effectively.
  • Possess a strong understanding of the development process and management of marketing tactics across websites, print, digital media, and CRM.
  • Knowledgeable in video and photo production.
  • Excellent partnership, written, and verbal communication skills.


Education

Bachelor’s in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, related field, or industry equivalent experience.

Preferred Education

Master’s degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, MBA, related field, or industry equivalent experience.
