Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing and Training Manager to lead the development and execution of our company's marketing initiatives and employee training programs. This dual-focused leadership role is essential for driving business growth, enhancing brand visibility, and building a high-performing, knowledgeable team. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented leader with a passion for both innovative marketing strategies and the professional development of people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive revenue. This includes overseeing digital marketing, content creation, social media, public relations, and promotional campaigns. They will analyze market trends and competitor activities to ensure our brand remains competitive and relevant.
- Training & Development Oversight: Design, manage, and deliver impactful training and development programs for all employees, from new hires to senior leadership. This responsibility involves identifying skill gaps, creating engaging curriculum, and utilizing various training methods to foster professional growth and ensure a consistent understanding of company products, services, and values.
- Strategic Collaboration: Act as a key cross-functional partner, collaborating with sales, product development, and operations to align marketing efforts with business objectives and to ensure training initiatives support overall company goals.
This role requires a unique blend of creative marketing expertise and a commitment to employee empowerment. The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping both our external brand perception and our internal company culture.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience (typically 2+ years) in property management, with demonstrated success in a Marketing and Training role.
- Strong understanding of property management operations, including leasing, resident relations, maintenance, and financial management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in property management software (Yardi)
- Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Marketing & Communication Skills
- Strategic Marketing: Proven ability to develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns across various channels (digital, social, traditional).
- Brand Management: Expertise in building and maintaining a strong, consistent brand identity and voice.
- Digital Marketing: In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and social media platforms.
- Data Analysis: Ability to analyze marketing performance metrics, interpret data to derive actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Public Relations: Experience in managing public relations and media outreach to enhance brand reputation.
- Market Research: Strong skills in conducting market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive landscapes.
Training & Development Skills
- Instructional Design: Proficiency in creating engaging and effective training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and manuals.
- Learning Management Systems (LMS): Experience with LMS platforms for deploying and tracking training programs.
- Facilitation & Presentation: Excellent public speaking and presentation skills to lead training sessions and workshops.
- Needs Assessment: The ability to identify skill and knowledge gaps within the organization and design targeted training solutions.
- Employee Development: A passion for mentoring and coaching, with a track record of fostering professional growth.
Compensation: The salary range for this position is $70,000 – $75,000.
