Louisville mobile service is rapidly growing and we’re looking to expand our team!!
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Master Onsite Mobile Fleet Service Diesel Technician to join our mobile service operations and field repair teams. As our Master Onsite Mobile Diesel Technician, you will take charge of complex on-location diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on diesel engines, trucks, and heavy-duty equipment while mentoring technicians and ensuring exceptional service delivery at customer sites.

Responsibilities and Skills:
- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electronic problems in field environments
- Advanced diagnostics expertise with Cummins engines, Detroit engines, Paccar engines, Volvo Mack engines and all makes and models
- Manage mobile service calls for Cranes, Forklifts and various heavy equipment
- Provide technical guidance and triage to determine optimal solutions for customer needs
- Perform comprehensive repairs and installations of trucks, engines, and components at customer locations
- Operate sophisticated diagnostic equipment proficiently in various field conditions
- Coordinate with dispatch and customers to ensure efficient service delivery

Compensation:
- $35 - $45.00 hourly
- Seven paid holidays

Qualifications:
Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful performance would be qualifying. Typical qualifications would be equivalent to:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License (CDL Preferred)
- At least 5 years' experience as a technician working on heavy duty Class 8 trucks
- ASE Certification in PM, Brakes, A/C, Electrical, Electronics and/or ASE Master Mechanic Preferred
- Experience with mobile/field service operations
- Strong communication and customer service skills
