EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma/GED
- At least three (3) years’ experience working in Supply Chain, Materials, Purchasing or Logistics.
- Knowledge of on-line inventory management and planning systems.
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite, ERP Systems (Oracle preferred) and MRP.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Proficient in computer skills, including data entry.
- Familiarity with GFEBS and NEXTGEN, Tririga, or Maximo is advantageous.
- The ability to communicate effectively with different people in varying fields and positions.
- Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills.
- Must be customer-focused and possess a positive attitude.
- Ability to reason and solve problems.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling up to 50 pounds.
- Some climbing and balancing.
- Frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling.
- High noise levels are common with general maintenance.
- Must have the ability to maintain assigned work hours.
- Must have sufficient endurance to perform tasks over long periods of time.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- This is an Onsite position that requires work to be performed onsite at an Aleut location
- Working indoors in an office environment.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening and drug test.
- Must be able to obtain a favorable National Agency Check (NAC) per contract.
- Must complete all mandated training requirements per government and management directives.
- Must be proficient with the English Language per contract.
