JOB DESCRIPTION
Applicants can expect to teach and/or tutor individual students, small groups, and classes of up to 25 students. Teachers will be assigned academic subjects, test preparation courses, and counseling duties based on their strengths. They will plan lessons around the provided class material, handle attendance and other academic record-keeping, complete student evaluations, and be consulted about curriculum design. Additionally, they will attend faculty meetings and workshops.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Salary: $28.00 - $45.00 per hour

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist high school students in the mastery of relevant subjects
- Instruct multiple students in 1-1, small-group tutoring, or classroom setting (class sizes range from 5-25 students)
- Monitor and record student progress
- Offer creative solutions to problems, both inside and outside of the classroom
Salary: $28.00 - $45.00 per hour
Schedule:
- After school
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
- San Jose, CA 95118: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
