Job Title: Maximo Tester
Location: Onsite – Dallas, TX
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Maximo Tester with functional knowledge of the Maximo Application Suite (MAS) 8/9 and Maximo 7.6.1.x. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with manual testing methodologies, familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC), and proficiency in tools such as Jira and Agile frameworks. Experience with the Maximo Automation Testing Framework is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute manual testing for Maximo MAS 8/9 and Maximo 7.6.1 implementations
- Develop and maintain test cases and test scenarios based on functional requirements
- Log and manage defects using Jira and collaborate with development teams for resolution
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to iterative development cycles
- Support testing activities across the SDLC, including integration and user acceptance testing
- (Preferred) Leverage Maximo Automation Testing Framework for test optimization
Required Skills:
- Functional knowledge of Maximo MAS 8/9 and Maximo 7.6.1
- Experience with manual testing in enterprise applications
- Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Proficiency in Jira for test and defect tracking
- Strong communication and documentation skills
Preferred:
- Experience with the Maximo Automation Testing Framework
