Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior QA Tester with strong experience in Oracle Cloud Payroll, Timekeeping, and Absence Management modules. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in payroll systems, data analysis, test planning, and quality assurance processes in complex, large-scale ERP environments.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience testing payroll/time/absence systems
- 2+ years of hands-on Oracle Cloud Payroll support
- Strong understanding of payroll rules, tax regulations, and public/unionized sector payroll environments
- Experience with test management tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.)
- Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall methodologies
- Strong SQL, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $70.00 - $80.00 per hour
