- Current New York State Registered Professional Nurse license
PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS:

- Certification in MDS and PRI
- BLS through RQI upon hire
WORK EXPERIENCE:
Minimum:
- Familiarity with documentation requirements for reimbursement.
- Knowledge of New York State Department of Health regulations, and survey process.
- MDS, and care planning experience.
SKILLS:

- Demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and ability to deal with the public in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities and enhance the spirit of teamwork through effective role modeling.
