Full-Time Measure & Service Technician

A leader in the home improvement industry and one of the fastest-growing replacement window companies in the U.S., is seeking a dedicated Measure & Service Technician to join our Raleigh team. This full-time position plays a vital role in ensuring precision during pre-installation assessments and delivering exceptional post-installation service. If you have a strong background in construction or home improvement and take pride in detailed, hands-on work, we’d love to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
- Accurately measure windows and doors in preparation for installation
- Perform adjustments and minor repairs on installed products
- Document service and repair work clearly and thoroughly
- Coordinate with internal teams for scheduling and reporting
- Represent our company professionally while assisting homeowners with service needs
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in home improvement, construction, or related field
- Proven ability to take precise measurements using standard tools
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
- Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Prior experience with window and door measuring is highly preferred
