Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of our spa. The Spa Manager will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, keeping track and entering the inventory, and maintaining a clean and relaxing environment.
The ideal candidate will have a background in medical spa or an aesthetic spa. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Aesthetic Record as a software or comparable software used in medical spas or aesthetic spa.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of spa operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service
- making reports from the software and entering info into QuickBooks/performing very basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Ensure that all spa services are delivered with the highest level of professionalism and quality
- Train and supervise spa staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized spa environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
- Keep track of supplies, inventory, ordering all as needed
- scheduling and rescheduling appointments
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve spa services
Experience:
- Previous experience in medical office, preferrably injector's office, medical or aesthetic spa or management, or similar field is highly preferred
- Knowledge of Aesthetic Record or other practice management software is a plus
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and compliance is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
