We specialize in luxury aesthetics—brows, facials, waxing, lash services—and we’re expanding into a retail space with a unique apprenticeship program for high school girls. We’re seeking a passionate Spa Manager to lead our dynamic team and drive operational success.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily spa operations, scheduling, and team coordination
- Lead and support a team of aestheticians and assistants
- Ensure an exceptional client experience and respond to customer needs
- Drive product sales, membership growth, and rebooking rates
- Conduct performance check-ins and help onboard new hires
- Coordinate with ownership on monthly goals and marketing campaigns
- Track inventory and supplies, ensuring a clean and professional spa environment
- Help support and manage our apprenticeship/internship program
Qualifications
- 2+ years of spa, salon, or wellness industry management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
- Proficient with digital scheduling systems (GlossGenius or similar)
- Comfortable leading team meetings, handling escalations, and training staff
- Interest or background in the beauty/aesthetics industry a plus
