Media Manager
Job description
We are looking for a strong Media Manager who will become a media partner for our brands: translating business objectives into well‑thought‑out media strategies, managing 360° campaigns (TV + digital) and helping the business make data‑driven decisions rather than relying on intuition.
You will:
- Build media strategies
- aligned with brand objectives: target audience, channel roles, KPIs, budget and media mix;
- manage 360° campaigns (TV, digital, video, social, programmatic, search, OOH) from planning to performance evaluation;
- work with media metrics and placement economics (GRP/TRP, Reach, Frequency, CPM/CPP, etc.);
- analyze data, prepare reports and presentations with clear insights and recommendations for the business;
- critically assess agency media plans and media partners’ proposals;
- apply BI, digital analytics, A/B testing and AI tools to optimize media performance;
- collaborate cross‑functionally with brand, marketing, sales and e‑commerce, maintaining a high level of ownership and proactivity.
Who we are looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in a media agency (Media Planner / Media Buyer / Account / Digital Manager or similar role). Client‑side experience is an advantage.
- Hands‑on experience with 360° campaigns, with a focus on TV planning & buying and digital channels.
- Strong analytical skills; confidence in working with data, reports and presenting results.
- Understanding of digital analytics and attribution; basic knowledge of Google Analytics, ad platforms and BI tools.
- Interest in new media, formats and technologies; experience with AI tools is desirable.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; organized, responsible, able to manage several projects in parallel.
Will be an advantage:
- Experience in FMCG, Pharma / Healthcare / Beauty / Dermo‑Cosmetics and working with consumer and HCP audiences.
- Understanding of pharma regulations.
- Skills in Power BI / Tableau and advanced Excel; experience with A/B tests and effectiveness evaluation (media mix, ROI, MMM).
- Working English for international projects; knowledge of Kazakh is a plus.
