We are looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our Lutz team as a medical assistant. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the abilities to multitask and problem solve.

Responsibilities Include:
- Greeting patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Preparing patients for examinations and procedures
- Inputting patient intake information into electronic health records software
- Assisting the doctor, e.g., taking X-rays, filling syringes, and changing dressings
- Cleaning exam rooms and machinery
- Sterilizing equipment
- Dispensing durable medical equipment to patients
- Ordering and stocking supplies
- Scheduling follow-up appointments
- Occasionally answering phone calls
- Receiving shipments
- Maintaining a clean and organized work space and clinic
- Sending and receiving faxes
