## Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to healthcare professionals in various medical settings, ensuring efficient patient care and smooth operations.
## Responsibilities
- Perform clinical duties such as taking vital signs, assisting with procedures, and documenting patient information.
- Assist healthcare providers with outpatient care.
- Handle medical administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and managing billing processes.
- Prepare patients for examinations and treatments by explaining procedures and providing necessary support.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of medical examination rooms and equipment.
- Utilize electronic health record systems to update patient information accurately.
## Qualifications
- Certification or diploma in Medical Assisting required.
- Proficiency in handling medical equipment and performing basic clinical procedures.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- Experience working in urgent care or outpatient clinics is a plus.
- Ability to accurately measure vital signs and administer medications as directed by healthcare providers.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and medical systems.
