Medical Office Front Desk Coordinator – Regenerative Medicine Office

As an Office Coordinator, you should combine a pleasant personality with a dynamic professional attitude to welcome our patients. Our ideal candidate is attentive and detail oriented, energetic, and has exceptional customer service in healthcare.
Responsibilities include:
- Treats patients warmly ensuring check in/check out of all patients using the software.
- Initiate & maintain a regular line of communication between providers and office staff on patient status, arrivals, workflow, and next steps.
- Confirms and schedules patient appointments, as well as cancellations, no-shows, and rescheduling requests.
- Process non-insurance billing and/or credit applications
- Maintain cleanliness of examination rooms using clinical procedures and ensure exam rooms are supplied appropriately.
- Ensures all patients fill out and sign appropriate documents and consents for the procedures they are receiving, inputting the data into Salesforce.
- Ensures all patients sign appropriate consents for the procedures they are receiving.
- Keeps track of inventory and orders supplies for adequate support of the office.
- Performs all opening/closing procedures according to the assigned duties.
- Is accountable for facility maintenance and cleanliness (scheduling cleaner /maintenance to come to office)
- Assist providers as needed. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications and requirements:
- Customer service: 2 years (Required)
- Medical receptionist: 1 year preferred
- Ability to stay organized and proactive in a fast-paced environment
- US work authorization required
Schedule:
- 1-2 days per week (10 to 25 hours/week). No nights.

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
