Job Overview
We are a small business that has provided Medical Education for Washington state for 15 years. We have collaborated with Virginia Mason Franciscan Health and other leading medical networks to put on these events.
We are seeking an individual we can contract with who is confident and self motivated to complete tasks. The person must be organized and enjoy event planning. We organize everything from the venue contract, catering to registrations and pharm reps. Each event has an exhibit hall and is in person, streamed live and recorded. This job requires a lot of time on a computer from - creating flyers, brochures to sending out MailChimp emails. The person must be able to communicate effectively with proffesionals and capable of having a customer service attitude - accomodating and friendly.
We attend conferences in person for about 10 events a year (through out Washington). These are three day events which require travel.
