We are recruiting for an experienced front office team member for a specialty practice in Lake Oconee, GA preferably residing in or near the area. The new Team Member is responsible for working in a medical clinic for foot and ankle services. We are looking for someone who can communicate with patients and co-workers in a professional yet friendly manner, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment!

Responsibilities for front office include:
- answering phones
- scheduling appointments
- check in, checkout
- insurance verification
- collecting payments
Preferred experience:
- 1 year in a medical office setting and an understanding of health insurance as it relates to patient benefits, deductibles, co-insurance, and co-pays.
- Ability to interact directly with patients
- Knowledge of specialty (or specialties) as appropriate
- Excellent Prioritization and Time Management skills
- Excellent Collaboration and Teamwork skills
- Ability to work under pressure with time constraints.
- Ability to concentrate and work independently
- Excellent listening skills.
- Ability to understand and apply relevant legal concepts (e.g., confidentiality).
