Office hours are Monday thru Friday 8:30 to 3:30 with an hour PAID lunch.
We are looking for a Medical Office Assistant to join our growing practice
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Maintaining accurate medical records
Prior Authorizations for medicines and x-rays
Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
Manage supplies
Assist nursing staff, as needed, including vital signs, phlebotomy, EKG, and injections
EXPERIENCE One to three years experience as a MA is required. Experience with E-Clinical Works is preferred
The right candidate will have great inter-personal communication skills, show attention to detail and be customer service oriented.
