Our company is currently seeking a Claims Adjuster to join our office team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the insurance industry and be able to handle a variety of tasks related to the claims process. Responsibilities include reviewing and analyzing claims, determining coverage, investigating and evaluating claims, negotiating settlements, and providing customer service. The successful candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and review relevant documents to determine the validity of a claim.
- Conduct investigations to determine the cause of a claim.
- Analyze and interpret policy language to determine coverage and liability.
- Negotiate settlements with claimants, attorneys, and other parties involved in the claim.
- Prepare detailed reports on claims.
- Maintain accurate records of all claims activities.
- Handle customer inquiries in a professional manner.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
