Hilliard Family PODIATRY, LLC practice is seeking a responsible, enthusiastic individual to join our team.
We are a podiatry office located in Hilliard. We are a small, family-owned practice looking for a laid-back individual to join our team! We have 3 great physicians and our whole team truly enjoys coming to work every day.
We are looking for a team member that has a positive attitude and the ability to get the job done!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Greeting patients
- Patient Check in and check out
- Keeping patient/doctor work flow smooth
- Verifying insurance and demographic information
- Answering phones
- Scanning information into patient charts
- Scheduling appointments
- Schedule referrals from primary care doctors
Qualities of the Ideal Candidate:
- A warm and friendly personality to interact professionally with our patients
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work well with others
- Good attendance and punctuality is required
Required experience:
- High school diploma
- At least on year of related experience
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Prior medical office experience
Average 34 hours per week
Monday-Thursday: 8:15am-5:00pm
Friday from 10:00am-2:00pm
Salary: $16-17/hour
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
