Countryside Care Center - A RehabNursing Facility is seeking a Medical Records Assistant to fill a full-time position in our skilled nursing facility.
The Medical Records Assistant is responsible for sorting, prepping, scanning and reviewing charts and maintaining records accurately, while keeping all records confidential. The candidate will carefully identify records and follow release of information guidelines. Must be computer knowledgeable, organized and able to work well with others.
Don't forget...
- A CNA certificate is a plus!
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology
- Must have 1 year experience in a health care related field
- Skilled nursing facility experience is a plus.
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- This is a direct hire position; we are not an agency.
