Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Medical Sales Representative with a HUNTER mentality. One who is able to self generate organic growth. We have plenty of money making targets! This role involves promoting and selling surgical instruments to healthcare professionals, which include the following specialties: dental, cardiovascular, plastic surgery, urology, neuro, orthopedic, ENT docs and general surgery. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, consultative sales expertise, and a passion for customer service in the medical field. Territory zone is from Venice to Marco Island. 100% Commission.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to promote our medical products.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to educate clients about product features and benefits.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in medical sales is required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends for strategic decision-making.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficient in negotiation techniques to secure favorable terms for both the company and clients.
- Must have good work ethic
