We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Medical Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for the overall sales process including prospecting, generating qualified leads, developing B2B relationships and ensuring that they are informed about the latest advancements in Graft Technology and benefits of our offerings, networking, providing a steady stream of patient referrals on a monthly basis.
Sales Territory: Candidate must reside in north San Antonio, TX and be willing to drive to the surrounding rural areas.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a knack for negotiation, and a passion for the medical field. The position will be entirely field-based. While this position does require independent heavy driving in your assigned metro area every day, it will be heavily rewarded work!
Additionally requiring that the Sales rep is available for an onsite interview in our Corporate office at Southlake TX if selected for a second round interview.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with referring agencies to promote our wound care services.
- Ensure Satisfaction: Collaborate with the operations team to guarantee client and agency satisfaction, and follow up on referrals to provide a seamless experience.
- Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Represent the Company: Actively represent our company at industry events and in the field.
- Coordinate Efforts: Work with internal teams to effectively execute plans for new business opportunities.
- Travel: Manage a field-based role with significant daily travel within your assigned territory.
Who You Will Be Selling To:
Primary Care Physicians, Podiatrists, Vascular Surgeons, Case Managers & Discharge Planners (in hospitals), Nursing Home Directors, Home Health Care Coordinators, Wound Care Specialists, Key decision-makers who can refer patients to mobile wound care services.
Minimum Qualifications
-Medical Sales experience is required
-Experience in Mobile Wound care sales is highly preferred
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; will consider additional years of experience in lieu of degree
-Reliable transportation
Compensation: W2 full-time employee w/ base salary of $75,000 per year + monthly commissions, monthly marketing, gas and communications stipends
