What You’ll Do:
- Lead patients from initial consultation to full enrollment — confidently and compassionately.
- Stay in touch throughout treatment to keep motivation high and reduce drop-off.
- Follow up with leads and unclosed cases to keep our schedule full and patients on track.
- Continuously improve through training, feedback, and personal development.
- Collaborate with the team to meet KPIs and deliver a 5-star experience.
What You Bring:
- A people-first mindset and love for meaningful conversations.
- 2+ years in sales, patient coordination, or a similar client-facing role.
- Strong communication, listening, and objection-handling skills.
- Ability to master scripts and close with clarity and confidence.
