Education & Experience
- High school diploma required; some college preferred
- Experience in a professional, customer-focused environment

Responsibilities
Patient Interaction & Communication
- Greet new patients and explain office procedures
- Inform patients about tests and how they may be affected
- Collect detailed patient history (chief complaint, medical, ocular, family, allergies, medications)
Clinical Support & Documentation
- Perform accurate documentation and assist with clinical measurements, including:
- Visual acuity and manual lensometry
- Visual fields, stereo testing, and motility evaluation
- Pupillary function tests, color vision, and applanation tonometry
- Refractometry, dilation of pupils, and contact lens evaluations
- Imaging and diagnostics (OCT, HRT, GDx, pachymetry, corneal topography)
- Support physicians with additional tasks as needed
