Join a small but amazing team! We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Experience Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service while assisting with the daily operations of the medspa. This position requires a aesthetics experience, passion for wellness and beauty, along with strong interpersonal skills to create a welcoming environment for our clients.
Duties
- Greet and assist clients upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Ensure patient profiles are up to date and current
- Provide information about spa services, products, and promotions to enhance customer experience.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system and cash register.
- Maintain stock levels of retail products, ensuring displays are organized and appealing.
- Upsell services and products to clients, enhancing their overall experience while contributing to sales goals.
- Address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Perform basic math calculations for sales transactions and inventory management.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the spa environment
- Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
- Demonstrated attention to detail and organization.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in medical spa, dermatology office, or plastic surgery environment is preferred and encouraged to apply.
- Experience with cash registers and POS systems is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- A keen interest in wellness, beauty, or spa services is a plus.
- Ability to multi-task
- Previous experience with scheduling is required.
- Strong time-management and follow-up skills

- HIPAA Certification
- Strong computer skills

Hours will vary but will generally be 5 - 8 hour shifts.
This is a near full-time hourly position, with an average of 20 – 30 hours per week though this may increase during busy times of the year or evolve into full time as the business develops.
