We are a fully operation Med-spa, but looking to fill the roll of our current M. D. due to them relocating. This role can be as hands-on, or hands-off as you would like. Being local to St Louis, MO would be prefered, but not required.
If you prefer a hands-off, and worry-free position with a fixed monthly income, this position is perfect for you. Our current Director works from 0-5 hours per month. With many of the months not requiring any work.
$500-1,000 /mo fixed (depending on experience, location, etc.)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Med- Spa Director (M. D. ) to oversee our aesthetics Med-spa.
Duties
- Review and sign off on select patients charts, only as needed
- Assist/approve in implementing clinical policies and procedures that align with industry standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with other staff members regarding treatments, only as needed
- Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain the confidentiality of information.
- Stay informed about current trends in regulations
Experience
- M. D. degree is required.
- Preferred: Experience in aesthetic treatments
- Preferred: Experience in Injectables services such as Toxins and filler (bonus available if open to training future Nurse Injectors. optional)
- Familiarity with E. M. R. and the ability to manage complex data effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clear reporting and documentation.
