Job Description: MEDSURG RESPIRATORY RN URGENT NEED!!!
RN, CLINICAL NURSE, MED SUR TELE
Responsibilities:
Provides direct nursing care to rehab, medical/surgical/telemetry patients including adolescents, adults and the geriatric population according to the assignment and to individual needs of the patient; assesses health-related needs based on biological data, patient history and other existing data, such as medical chart reports or computerized medical record.
Mandatory Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing (or program seeking accreditation).
Current unrestricted RN licensure in the State of Ohio.
Current BLS from the American Heart Association only for the healthcare provider.
Work Environment/Physical Requirements:
May require the following:
May sit, stand, stoop, bend and walk intermittently during the day.
May need to stand for extended periods.
Ability to lift 250-300 lbs. with assistance.
Ability to push/pull up to 500 lbs. with assistance.
Requires some exposure to communicate diseases or bodily fluids.
Requires some exposure to chemicals and cleaning products.
