LAC Member Services Coordinator Louisiana Athletic Club is seeking applicants for a Member Services Coordinator.
Job duties include but are not limited to the following:
Staff Supervision (after 6 months)
o Oversee the work of the Front Desk Staff
o Schedule shifts for the Front Desk Staff
o Fill in at the front desk whenever an employee is unable to work
o Help in the oversight of all additional staff
Membership Paperwork
o Enter all new membership applications
o Process all resignations
o Process all change forms
o Enter LCU student paperwork
Manager On Duty
o Share in weekends on call once a month to open the gym on Saturday and Sunday
o Answer calls from the staff for any questions or emergencies
Miscellaneous Tasks
o Assist with towel service when there is no morning fit staff
o Field phone calls from members daily
o Data entry for our new 24-hour card reader (BRIVO)
o Oversee staff CPR certifications
o Complete accident reports for LCU security when a member is injured
o Manage locker rentals
