Job Description
This role will focus on members at the site location and ensuring their experience is positive and engaging. This is an account manager role for all members at the site. This person will drive membership retention with a strong focus on reducing the churn and driving new memberships to build a positive net member rate at the site. They will be the membership experts on site from a customer perspective and from a corporate data perspective.

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or Equivalent
- 3+ Years Supervisory/leadership experience
- 3+ Years sales and/or customer service experience in car washing and/or related field
